On January 11, 2010, researchers concluded that people that sit and watch tv for 4 hours and more may have shorter lives. If one tends to sit all day and not exercise, then they will have a shorter time on Earth due to the fact that they are not burning calories and losing body fats. If people took less time watching tv and a bit more time jogging or at the gym, then death rates due to laziness may go much lower. This increase in deaths does not just come from watching tv. This includes sittting in front of the computer as well. Therefore, people and kids should be careful now a days. The time spent on the computer and watching tv should be limited if we want to avoid dieing early. I myself will get off the computer once I finish this blog! We should all take action starting today because we don't know what can happen if we watch 5 more hours of television. It is said that we should only watch tv and sit on the computer for 2 hours at most. Starting now...we should follow that rule in order to prepare the way for healthier life styles!
